How do I get information put into the PTO weekly all-school Email?  

If you would like to have an item added to the Friday PTA email blast, please send an email to by Wednesday afternoon.  All items will be consolidated and sent to the school for inclusion in the Friday email.  Any items received after the cut off will be sent in the following week's email.

Please note that any items will be approved by Kathy.

How do I send out a flyer in the Friday folder?  

DLS has gone paper-less!   Most flyers can now be attached to the Friday email and no longer need to be printed and distributed.  Any item that does not need to be completed and returned to school should be considered to be a paper-less flyer.   

To send a flyer that you have available in electronic form: 
  • By Tuesday at noon, send it to  Any items received after this point will be sent in the next week's email.  
To send a flyer that must be distributed through paper: 
  • Make copies of the flyer, group by class, and deliver to the office by Friday morning. 

How do I get reimbursed from the PTO for out of pocket PTA-related expenses?
